Which skin concerns can I bring to the clinic?
You can bring concerns about thinning hair, uneven skin tone and dark spots, loss of firmness, acne, and minor aesthetic treatments. Each area has its own page on the clinic website, and the doctor decides at consultation which approach, if any, suits your skin.
- Hair loss treatment for thinning hair and scalp concerns.
- Pigmentation treatment for uneven tone and dark spots.
- Skin lifting and firming for reduced elasticity.
- Acne treatment for breakouts and related concerns.
Many people arrive with more than one concern. It helps to rank them in order of importance before the visit, so the consultation can focus on what matters most to you.
Which devices and treatments does the skin department list?
The clinic lists Starlux Max G, Ulthera, the Secret device, Exceldream and exosome treatment for its skin work. Which one, if any, is considered depends on your skin and your goal, and that is decided by the doctor after an examination rather than chosen in advance.
Ulthera (ultrasound lifting) is the device associated with skin lifting and firming. In general terms, ultrasound lifting delivers energy to layers beneath the skin surface, with the aim of supporting a firmer look over time. The clinic states that it carries out procedures with the Secret equipment using genuine tips, which is a reasonable point to ask about at consultation.
Starlux Max G and Exceldream are named in the clinic's equipment list, and exosome treatment is listed alongside them. The clinic's materials do not describe these in further detail, so ask the doctor what each is used for and whether it is relevant to you.
How does the clinic approach acne and PRP?
The clinic says its acne care aims to identify the type and cause of the acne accurately and then treat it systematically. Because acne can involve clogged pores, oil production, inflammation and other factors that differ between people, an examination normally comes before a treatment plan.
The clinic also notes that its PRP treatment uses your own blood. In general, PRP means platelet-rich plasma: a small blood sample is taken, processed to concentrate the platelet-rich portion, and then used as part of a plan. As with any procedure involving needles or blood, there are considerations the doctor will go through with you. Whether PRP is suitable for you, and for which concern, is discussed at consultation, and results cannot be promised.
If you have had acne for a long time, tell the doctor which products or medicines you have used before, since that history informs the recommendation.
